What credit card could someone on ODSP get?

I would go and open with CIBC and get their visa debit.
The other option I can think of, go to the banks and ask one of their advisers what they think the chances are of getting approved. However, CIBC visa debit isn't quite as good as an actual credit card (I don't think it helps with the credit rating and it's not accepted everywhere) but it would expand the available options for online shopping.

With so little income one should be very careful getting a credit card.
personally I think Visa Debit is the best option!
