Hi I have applied for the Disability Tax Credit, and been declined by the Canada Revenue Agency.
I have heard about the National Benefit Authority company, it looks like they are the biggest in this field. They claim on their website that they got the CRA to reconsider and approve many cases that were previously declined.
Did anyone use them recently (in the last year)? Would be great to hear how their process works? Specially if you were in a similar situation like me, declined by CRA before going to National Benefit Authority.
P.S. I did my research online, and am not interested in all the Toronto Star / CBC articles about them from 4 years ago...
Thanks
